Cade Laufenberg explains the two good places to look for wintering bass on a river system. The first is in shallow water with vegetation that can survive the winter, like coontail and milfoil. The other is in deep areas (10 ft. - 20 ft.) around wood and ledges. Both are very different locations, but they each hold fish for you to find in the winter.
